While most activity is benign or residual, rare cases can cause emotional distress or physical fear and harm. We take precautions seriously and always prioritize your safety and comfort. Longhorn Paranormal has worked some of the worst private client cases your nightmares can dream up, we promise you… these are rare. 

Significant chances are… no. True demonic hauntings are rare. Even what may seem as dark or malevolent are often not demonic in nature. Longhorn Paranormal works cases like these and often theses cases are extremely dangerous to where clients vacate their home out of fear long before we are contacted. Breathe easy… 

A paranormal investigation involves documenting and analyzing unexplained phenomena using a combination of scientific tools, historical research, and firsthand observation. This may include investigating sounds, sightings, energy shifts, or unusual activity reported by the client. These are done at the location of the potential haunting and includes pre and post research, case documenting, and presentation to clients. 

Yes. We’re happy to review past findings and provide a second opinion or deeper analysis. Every team brings different perspectives and tools to the table. We often recieve calls for clients looking for a follow up opinion. 

Not all unexplained activity is paranormal. We take a logical, historical and scientific, step-by-step approach to rule out natural causes first such as electrical issues, structural settling, animals or psychological stress before labeling anything as paranormal.

We begin with an interview remotely with you the client. Once Longhorn Paranormal has met you and understands the complexity of your case, we plan an investigation. This starts with searching the history and studying your application to understand the dynamic of the people at your location. Once we arrive for the investigation the team will prepare equipment and do a walkthrough of the property, followed by setting up equipment to monitor for activity in the appropriate areas of the location. We may conduct EVP sessions, temperature and EMF readings, and other activities and document the environment over several hours or days. Once the case is considered included, Longhorn Paranormal returns to the office to review your evidence and prepare final case notes for your review. 

In most cases, no. Very rarely do we ask clients to leave and this may be due to a child in the home that should be removed for safety depending on the age. 

We generally recommend children and pets remain out of the active investigation area, as sensitive energy and loud equipment may affect them. We will advise you based on your specific case.

A clean, quiet environment helps us focus and collect clearer data. We can send a checklist beforehand, but basic tidying and minimizing noise is typically all that’s needed.

An investigation can take a few hours or days depending on you unique situation. 

We use a mix of audio recorders, spirit boxes, application softwares, EMF detectors, infrared and thermal cameras, motion systems, DVR systems, thermal sensors, and environmental monitoring devices amongst other tools. Each case may call for different tools and Longhorn Paranormal has a tool for just about every possible scenario. Over 20 years our lead investigator has learned through trial and error what to have on hand and brings the availabilty of a large scale list of options to aid a proper investigation. 

Yes. We provide a summary of findings, including audio, video, and written documentation when applicable and provide unique longterm access to your casefile page on our website. This can take 2–3 weeks to compile and review.

Absolutely. We respect your privacy. No names, addresses, or footage will be shared without your written permission.

Longhorn Paranormal made a private client case public once at the request of the client for educational purposes. This was not recieved well publicly and Longhorn Paranormal no longer offers this as an option. 

Your investigation will not be made public. We do store files in various locations from your investigation but these are kept private. 

Yes. We have trusted contacts across different belief systems and can coordinate additional spiritual support if appropriate for your situation.

While no method guarantees results, we can provide guidance on spiritual cleansing practices, energy resets, and protective techniques. We may also refer you to clergy or specialists if needed. Intention is powerful. 

Yes. We’re here to offer peace of mind, not just confirm hauntings. Even if nothing paranormal is found, we’ll share our findings and offer support.

Depending on the case we provide services across the United States and in foreign countries. Each case is evaluated to determine the severity of your case and our ability to assist you. Our primary focus is Arizona, Texas, New Mexico, Nevada, and Lousiana.
