All Sales Are Final

All merchandise sales from Longhorn Paranormal are final. Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for items once an order has been placed.

Manufacturing Defects and Exchanges

We are committed to ensuring the quality of our merchandise. If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect, such as printing errors, damaged materials, or faulty construction, we will gladly exchange it within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for an exchange due to manufacturing defects:

1. Please contact us within 30 days of receiving the item.
2. Provide a clear photo and description of the defect.

Once we confirm the defect, we will arrange for an exchange of the same item.

Non-Eligible Returns

We do not offer exchanges, returns, or refunds for:

• Incorrect sizes or color preferences.
• General dissatisfaction not related to a manufacturing defect.
• Damage resulting from misuse, wear, or accidental handling.
